DCP MIDSTREAM

·               Turtle Lake Plant

·               Plant shut down for maintenance and inspection of processing equipment and associated piping and components.

·               Project scope included Amine contactor inspection, repair, reconditioning (new tray decks), PWHT, and reinstallation to pre-existing location.

·               Amine still tray deck replacement and insulation repair. Installation of new meter runs, piping modifications and new piping installation, flash tank repair and PWHT heater inspection and repair.

·               Installation and commissioning of 1200’- 6” schedule 80 pipeline to connect Antrim Facility to Turtle Lake Facility.

·               Responsible and accountable for all phases of construction project management, including but not limited to FEL, Safety programs, Hazard/Risk Reviews, Constructability and/or design review, bid analysis, contractor selections, construction inspector (PIC) selection/supervision, oversight or direct supervision during “critical phases” of construction, such as LOTO, system shut downs, pipe line tie-in’s, hot taps, stopple fitting installation, line lowering, and major system modifications.
